When an employee has an error on their time card, they should follow these steps.
Using the time clock, make a time clock entry and put a note in that entry describing the error and the correct date/time that the entry should say.
If it is too late, and you need to make a correction after the fact, you can fill out this form.
NOTE: Employees are responsible to manage their own time cards for accuracy. It is crucial that you monitor your time card for accuracy AFTER EVERY SHIFT so that a need for correction does not come up after the pay period is over. If a correction is requested after the payroll has been issued for that time, your correction may be missed on your paycheck and will require additional administrative processing on your part and ours. If the processing cost becomes excessive, we may have to pass the cost along to you.
