We build with integrity. Below are the specific terms of our coverage, designed to ensure clarity and confidence in your investment.
1. Workmanship & Labor Guarantee
We stand behind the skill of our trade. All labor and installation work performed by Dependable Home Solutions is warrantied for a period of 90 days.
Definition of Timeline: Coverage begins effectively on the Date of Project Completion. This is defined as the date the final invoice is issued—not the date of payment or the date of any subsequent warranty adjustments.
2. Materials & Products
We select high-quality materials for every build. Warranty coverage for these materials is subject strictly to the Manufacturer’s Terms and Conditions.
Please Note: Should a material defect require replacement, any additional labor required to facilitate that exchange will be billed at our standard rate, as material defects are outside our control.
3. Protocols & Exclusions
To ensure we can continue offering efficient service to all clients, the following strictly enforced conditions apply to all warranty claims:
- External Factors: Any damage or issues resulting from factors beyond our control (e.g., shifting foundations, weather events, misuse, or normal wear and tear) are exempt from coverage.
- Authorized Repair Only: All warranty work will need to be completed by our company or our assigned affiliate. We will not be financially responsible for any warranty work that is performed by another vendor without our express written consent in advance.
- Non-Warranty Dispatch (Service Fee): If a warranty for our labor is claimed, and we are dispatched to complete a repair, and it turns out that the issue is not a result of our workmanship, a bill will be issued to the client for our Labor Time plus a Service Fee.
