Your Pre-Construction Workflow
Free Intake Session
During your free initial consultation, we project a tentative budget for your construction project. As we progress, this budget is continually updated for complete accuracy.
Retainer & Consultation
We get under agreement with a $250 retainer and connect you with our expert, who will download the finer technical details of your vision in a focused consultation meeting.
Placeholder Scheduling
An informal placeholder is put in our job schedule, holding your spot in the queue tentatively and loosely while we finalize your comprehensive package.
Package Approval
You approve the final costs, and your $250 retainer is applied directly to your total package bottom line. You pay your next installment as defined by your custom package.
What is Included?
Our pre-construction package is presented with a firm bottom line. It ensures every aspect of your build is thoroughly planned before a single tool is lifted.
Your Package Deliverables:
- Technical Drawing Set: Fully completed and ready for execution.
- Design Consults & Surveys: Completed to ensure structural and aesthetic alignment.
- Scope Document: A comprehensive breakdown of the project.
- Finish Selections: All materials and design details are determined.
- Formal Hard Dollar Bid: A firm bid to complete the project exactly according to these determinations.
Once accepted, a new service agreement is entered into, and your project is formally placed on the job schedule with a firm place in our queue.
