This handy tool will help you to schedule a meeting to get an estimate, begin planning your project, or to connect for anything else that is on your mind. Please watch your email inbox and spam folder for notifications and correspondence from us because we will follow up by email to schedule a site visit.

You will be provided with another link that you can use to schedule the meeting and put the meeting on both of our calendars.

What comes for free?

Your free estimate includes a detailed description of the project scope you are hiring us for so that you can rest assured about what you will get for your money. We will provide you with a one line summary number to display the bottom line total, and you can have up to two draft rounds. This means that you are welcome to adjust the project scope after seeing the estimated bottom line which may be helpful if you are working within a budget.

If you are interested in any itemizations, component selections, or costs per phase type details, we can provide that, even though it is outside of the scope of a free estimate. For these types of special requests, you can pay $100 towards your final bill up front. Then, if you decide to hire us, you are already $100 closer to having your invoice paid off!

We recognize you may not know how much these projects should cost. We recognize you may feel uncomfortable sharing a number with us. We commit to giving you the most competitive bid we can, assuming you will be getting several others. We do still need a number for your answer here, because we can make a determination on if we are likely to be able to deliver you a bid within your budget.

Our estimate meetings are scheduled within a one hour window of arrival. Our estimator may arrive anytime within this window. You must be present at the start of the window, and available to begin the meeting at the end of the window of arrival.

In the event that you are a “no call no show” for the meeting, or if we are granted access through a lockbox or an alternative method that fails to provide access, there will be a $100 trip charge.

Before we submit our formal proposal, we will want to do a bid review with you. That may be as simple as a phone call. All meetings are during office hours. Will you be able to make yourself available for this meeting?

Our estimates are free to you, but come at a cost to us. We only ask for your clear determination about our estimate even if declined. We understand you may need time to consider our bid before deciding. We ask that you take the time to provide us with your official determination if you decline and a brief summary on what motivated your decision. This is a condition for a free estimate. In the event that we are not provided with a clear determination, there will be an administrative charge of $50 per hour for each hour spent to compose the estimate. This includes travel time, site visit time, estimating time, and follow up time.
