A Trade Professional in our case is defined as anybody who works in or closely with our industry. Examples include Construction, Real Estate, and Materials Supply Vendors. If you work in an industry within these categories, you qualify to take advantage of this referral fee program.
Program Details
When you refer a job lead to us, and this lead results in a closed contract, you will get paid by either a check or a cash gift card.
$100 will be paid for any referral of a project unless that project valued at $5000 or more. For projects valued less than $5000, a referral fee will be paid out for less than $100 with the exact value determined based on the contract value and its projected profitability. This is because small jobs have small margins, so an affordable referral fee will be determined case by case, but never to be less than $25.00
Note that this does not apply to your own projects, only to projects that are not your own.
